Accessing Molequle

Tips on how to get started with Molequle if you don't have an account yet or need help logging in to Molequle.

How can I access to Molequle?

If your organisation uses an identity provider other than Molequle, such as ADFS or Entra ID, you may not need to be invited to Molequle. Molequle supports just-in-time provisioning, which means that your account will be automatically created the first time you log in. Please check with your Molequle administrator within your organisation.

Requesting an invitation

If your organisation uses Molequle as its identity provider or forces users to be invited, you will need to be invited by an administrator in your organisation. Please contact one of the Molequle administrators in your organisation to request an invitation.

Setting your password

Once your account has been set up by an administrator, you will receive an email with an invitation link. This link is time-sensitive and will expire after 24 hours.

To set up your account and set your password, click on the "Accept Invitation" link in the email. You will be prompted to create a new password that contains at least one special character and uses both upper and lower case characters.

If your organisation requires multi-factor authentication, you will also be asked to define a second factor, such as TOTP or your phone. Follow the steps on the page to set up a second factor.

Next Steps

Once you have successfully logged in to Molequle, the next steps will depend on your role in your organisation. If you are an administrator, you can configure Molequle using our portal to meet your organisation's requirements.

If you are a user, you can access Molequle's powerful features through one of our extensions, such as the sales intelligence extension for sales and business development teams.
