What is a campaign membership?

Campaign membership is an essential component that allows you to track the engagement of individual people with specific campaigns. It helps to understand how successful campaigns are at engaging with their target audience and provides insights into the effectiveness of different marketing strategies.

Each person's status within a campaign provides valuable information about their level of engagement, such as whether they have opened an email, clicked a link, or registered for a webinar. The available statuses for a specific campaign can vary depending on the campaign type and how it is set up in Molequle. For example, a status might indicate whether someone has registered for an event, attended an event, or taken a specific action after receiving an email. By seeing these different statuses, you can gain a better understanding of your customer's behavior and preferences, allowing you to adjust to them accordingly.

How can I see the membership for a particular campaign?

For every campaign, Marketo provides an overview of all members within the campaign. You can filter the list of campaign members by their status or show additional information about the person or campaign membership.

If you want to concentrate all your sales efforts on a specific individual, it's helpful to gain an in-depth understanding of their recent behavior. One effective way to do this is by looking at all the memberships that the individual has in various marketing initiatives.

In Molequle, gaining this valuable information is straight forward. By clicking on any person's profile to view their details, you can access an overview of all their memberships and statuses across different campaigns. The "Campaigns" button located in the upper right corner of the profile page displays all relevant information related to each campaign the individual is a member of.

Using the membership, you to get a complete overview of the person's engagement with each marketing initiative of your organisation helping you understand how effective each campaign has been at engaging with them.

Also, by glancing over an individual's memberships, you can identify patterns in their behavior, such as which types of campaigns they engage with most frequently or which campaigns they tend to ignore. This knowledge can be vital in helping you engage with your customers.
