How to get a quick insight at a glance

When you need to gain quick insights into a customer's interests and preferences, Molequle offers several features that can help.

If your organization uses the Marketo sync, interesting moments enable the marketing department to communicate with the sales team through Molequle. Marketers can create interesting moments for key interactions, giving the business development and sales team a better understanding of a person's potential interests and preferences.

Understanding the activity timeline

To gain a deeper understanding of a person's activity history, Molequle's activity timeline displays their level of activity over the past 30 days. This timeline can help you identify the urgency of follow-up and the importance of different activities. High engagement levels in the past 30 days typically indicate a current interest in a particular topic.

What are frequent interactions?

Molequle automatically generates frequent interaction data on its servers, providing you with a comprehensive overview of an individual's engagement with activities such as web pages, emails, and forms over the past 30 days.

This information allows you to quickly identify the best performing assets that have captured the individual's interest. The list of assets is sorted according to the frequency of interactions, with those that have received the most engagement appearing at the top of the list.

To use frequent interactions, click on the purple star-like icon located right above the list of activities. This switches the view from the latest activities to the most frequently interacted with assets.
